Return & Refund Policy

Corelit accepts eligible returns for latex resistance bands according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, and product-specific exclusions.

Return Window and Accepted Return Types

Corelit accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, clean, free of sweat, odors, chalk, lotion, dirt, cuts, stretching damage, and returned with original packaging and included accessories when possible.

Return Method, Label, and Fees

Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage bands securely so they do not become dirty, tangled, cut, or damaged during the return shipment.

Condition Notes for Latex Bands

Resistance bands that show signs of use, over-stretching, tears, punctures, surface cuts, residue, odor, missing handles, missing anchors, missing pouch, or damage caused by improper storage or cleaning may not qualify for a refund. Returned products must remain in new condition so they can be inspected accurately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, email info@corelit.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the band or accessory, and photos of the package if shipping damage is visible.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, send info@corelit.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and any supporting photos. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not send used or damaged-by-customer items without contacting support first.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested resistance level, band style, or accessory set is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
